Step 1: Customize Your Design
Choose a design and fill in details like colors, text, logos, and material preferences. Changes to colors, finishes, or custom elements can be made even after ordering and free of charge.
Step 2: Review & Approve
One of the professional designers at Bolddesignz will send you a preview of your graphics kit design via email. Once you are happy and approve, it will be sent to production.
Step 3: Production & Fast Shipping
Once approved, your kit goes into our in-house production in Sweden. Orders are shipped securely via DHL for fast worldwide delivery.

At Bolddesignz, we do not rely on third-party companies in low-wage countries for communication or design. All customer interactions and design work are handled exclusively by our professional designers based in Europe, ensuring high-quality service and expertise. You are always welcome to re-order a single part if you for some reason would need to replace it.

Which Premium Base & Finish Should I Choose?
Upgrading to a premium base and finish will take your kit to the next level. Here’s a breakdown of the options and our recommendations based on your design.
Premium Base Options
Regular – Standard, high-quality print.
Full Chrome – A highly reflective silver material that turns all colors into a chrome-like finish.
Full Holographic – A color-shifting effect that changes depending on the viewing angle and lighting. When hit by sunlight, the colors shift dynamically, creating a striking holographic effect. In shadows, the design appears normal.
Premium Finish Options
Glossy – high-shine finish.
Holographic Glitter – Sparkles and shifts color depending on the angle, creating a dynamic look.
Silver Glitter – A subtle, frosty sparkle, similar to a frozen winter ground.
Gold Glitter – Intense gold sparkles, best suited for gold-themed designs.
Matte – A deep, non-reflective matte for a premium, modern look.
Choosing the Right Finish
The glitter finishes only shine when exposed to direct light, making them appear glossy in the shadows and sparkling in the light—adding an extra dimension to your design. The matte finish creates a sleek, high-end look and can be paired with a full chrome base for a unique effect. However, we do not recommend using matte with a full holographic base, as it will reduce the holographic effect.

There are three simple factors that decide the price of your graphic kit.Â
- 1. Base: What your kit is printed on (Normal, Chrome, or Holographic).
- 2. Finish: What finish you want (Glossy, Glitter, or Matte)
- 3. Additions: Added hand-laid materials. We will let you know if the type of kit you want requires hand-laid materials.

How does it work?
It is very important that you explain as well as possible exactly what you want. You will be explaining to us how you would like your design to look. We will use this information to create your custom design. After the design has been created, we will send you an email and let you approve it before printing. On the design we give you, you got 3 revisions where you can change the logos and other things in your graphics kit.
How many changes can you make?
After the design has been completed you get 3 revisions (changes) to change the kit. It is very important that you give us a good explanation of what you want your kit to look like, to get the best experience. If you would want a brand new design from scratch, we would need you to buy another deposit. This is due to the extreme time it takes to make a full custom graphic kit. We design every kit from scratch and do not reuse or resell any full custom graphic kit.
If you have a reference photo or example of how you would like your design to look. Please email, or DM us on Instagram with both the order number and the examples. We will never make a copy, but we can take some inspiration by doing it.
The time spent on the design process should be reasonable both for you and us. If an unreasonable amount of change requests are made, an additional fee can be added to the total cost of the kit.Â
CUSTOM AND SEMI-CUSTOM GRAPHICÂ REFUNDS/CHANGES
Refunds can be made if no work has been done on your order. From the day you order your graphic kit, you have 30 days to make your changes until the deposit gets invalid. If you decide to sell your bike or change the bike in the middle of the design process additional fees will have to be added to adjust for the extra time spent re-designing your kit. Please be careful and write the correct information in your order placed on the website. We will use this information to make your design and have it fit your specific bike.
