Shipping within Europe

All orders over €200 are eligible for free shipping within EU. This offer is only covered within the area of DHL Parcel Connect.

Shipping outside Europe

Orders outside the European Union may result in import fees depending on the country. 

Shipping price outside EU is €39

Custom and Semi-custom graphic refunds/changes

Refunds can be made if no work has been done to your order. From the day you order your graphic kit you have 30 days to do your changes until the deposit get invalid. If you decide to sell your bike or change bike in the middle of the design process additional fees will have to be added to adjust for the extra time spent re-designing your kit. Please be careful and write the correct information in your order placed on the website. We will use this information to make your design and have it fit your specific bike.

The time spent on the design process should be reasonable both for you and us. If an unreasonable amount of change requests are made, an additional fee can be added to the total cost of the kit.

Refunds and returns are not available for printed custom products such as Graphic kits, Stickers & Wheel graphics

Shipping and return policy

Standard production time is approximately 2-3 weeks.
Shipping time is estimated to 3-5 days, depending on where you live.

All semi-custom, full custom and other printed products cannot be returned & refunded since they are personalized products designed and printed after your specific application. 

General products that can be resold can be refunded if sent back within 30 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
