Stark VARG SM Giveaway — Official Terms & Conditions


These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") govern the Stark VARG SM Giveaway (the "Giveaway"). By entering the Giveaway you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms.

1. Promoter

The Giveaway is hosted, managed and administered solely by Bolddesignz AB, 59320-1253, Sålanda 195, 446 94 Skepplanda, Sweden ("Bolddesignz", "we", "us"). Contact: info@bolddesignz.com.


Stark Future S.L. is not a sponsor, organiser or administrator of the Giveaway, has no role in the entry process, draw, or awarding of the prize, and bears no responsibility for the Giveaway. Stark Future S.L. receives personal data of entrants only where the entrant has given separate, optional consent, as described in Section 9.

2. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open only to natural persons who, at the time of entry:


(a) are 18 years of age or older; (b) are legal residents of a member state of the European Union; and (c) are not employees, contractors or immediate family members of employees of Bolddesignz AB.


Entries by companies, associations or other legal entities are not permitted. Bolddesignz may require proof of age and residence before awarding the prize. Entrants who do not meet these requirements are ineligible to win, regardless of tickets accrued.

3. Promotion Period

The Giveaway runs from [10/8 - 2026, 00:01 CET] to [10/9 - 2026, 00:00 CET] (the "Promotion Period"). Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be counted.

4. How to Enter

4.1 Entry with purchase. For every €10 (or the equivalent fixed campaign amount in your display currency: SEK 115, DKK 75, NOK 115, USD 11, GBP 9) spent in a single order at bolddesignz.com during the Promotion Period, the customer receives one (1) ticket in the Giveaway. Example: an order of €150 = 15 tickets. Ticket counts are based on the order total actually paid (after discounts, excluding shipping). Cancelled, refunded or charged-back orders forfeit the corresponding tickets.

 

4.2 Your ticket count from purchases can be determined from your order total(s). Questions about your ticket count can be sent to info@bolddesignz.com.

5. The Prize

5.1 The prize is one (1) Stark VARG SM electric supermoto, equipped with various parts and graphics supplied and fitted by Bolddesignz (the "Prize"). Approximate retail value: €14000. The exact specification, colour and included parts are determined by Bolddesignz and may differ from marketing imagery.


5.2 The Prize is delivered as-is. No cash alternative is offered, and the Prize is not transferable or exchangeable before delivery, except where required by mandatory law.


5.3 The winner is solely responsible for any registration, insurance, taxes, import or usage requirements applicable in the winner's country of residence, and for verifying that the winner may lawfully own and operate the Prize there.

6. Winner Selection

6.1 One (1) winner will be selected by random draw from all valid tickets on or about [10/9 - 2026]. Each ticket constitutes one entry; the probability of winning depends on the total number of tickets issued.


6.2 The draw will be recorded and the recording published on Bolddesignz's social media channels (including Instagram and TikTok).

7. Winner Notification and Claiming the Prize

7.1 The winner will be contacted using the e-mail address & phone number associated with the winning order or free entry within [7] days of the draw.


7.2 The winner must respond and provide the information reasonably requested (including proof of age and EU residence) within [14] days of first notification. If the winner does not respond in time, is ineligible, or declines the Prize, that winner forfeits the Prize and a new winner may be drawn on the same terms.

8. Delivery

The Prize will be delivered by or on behalf of Bolddesignz to the winner's address within the European Union at no cost to the winner. Delivery date and method will be agreed with the winner. Risk in the Prize passes to the winner upon delivery.

9. Personal Data (GDPR)

9.1 Controller. Bolddesignz AB is the data controller for personal data processed to run the Giveaway (name, contact details, order data, ticket counts, and — for the winner — proof of age and residence). The legal basis is the performance of the Giveaway you enter (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in administering and documenting the promotion (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Data is retained no longer than necessary for the Giveaway and any statutory obligations.


9.2 Optional sharing with Stark Future S.L. Where — and only where — you have given separate, optional consent (for example via the checkbox at checkout), Bolddesignz will disclose your name and e-mail address to Stark Future S.L., [address, Spain], which will process this data as an independent controller for its own direct marketing. This consent is voluntary, is not a condition of purchase or of entry into the Giveaway, and can be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future by contacting info@bolddesignz.com (for the disclosure) or Stark Future S.L. (for its subsequent processing). Stark Future's processing is governed by its own privacy policy.


9.3 Winner publicity. With the winner's prior consent, Bolddesignz may publish the winner's first name, country and likeness in connection with the draw recording and related marketing. Publicity is not a condition of receiving the Prize.


9.4 Your rights. You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability under the GDPR, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in Sweden: IMY). See our Privacy Policy.

10. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bolddesignz excludes liability for losses arising from the Giveaway or the use of the Prize, except for damages caused by intent or gross negligence, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or where liability cannot be excluded under mandatory law. Nothing in these Terms limits consumers' statutory rights.

11. General

11.1 This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta (Instagram), TikTok, or Stark Future S.L.


11.2 Bolddesignz may cancel, suspend or amend the Giveaway where necessary due to circumstances outside its reasonable control, or disqualify entries obtained through fraud, manipulation or breach of these Terms. Material changes will be announced at bolddesignz.com.


11.3 If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force.


11.4 These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules of the entrant's country of residence. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Sweden, or the courts competent under mandatory consumer law. Consumers may also use the EU ODR platform (ec.europa.eu/odr) or contact the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).
